The image shows four young children. The central child standing at the back wears a light-colored shirt. Flanking the central child are two children sitting on a cushioned seat draped with fringed fabric. Both have short, textured hair and wear patterned dresses, stockings, and laced boots. The child on the right rests their arm on the seat, with legs crossed and hands on their knees. The child seated in the front wears a darker dress with lace detailing and has curled hair styled into a top bun with ribbons or a bow. This child wears bracelets and looks slightly away from the camera. The children are surrounded by ornately patterned fabric covering the furniture and a textured backdrop, likely in a photography studio.
