This is a series of black and white images depicting scenes of mourning and a funeral. The top row includes three images of floral arrangements and a small casket against a plain wall, followed by a group of individuals gathered for a ceremony, and people walking solemnly down a dirt path. The middle row shows a person walking with something balanced on their head, a figure lying on the ground by a cemetery with visible crosses and tombstones, and a sky filled with a multitude of birds in flight. The bottom row includes two images of birds against a cloudy sky and individuals gathered beside a gravesite with a hat-wearing person seated next to a mound of earth, ending with an image of a shallow open grave.
