The image shows a large ribbed blue glass bottle in the center with a smaller similar bottle placed to the upper right. Both bottles have a blue-green hue. The larger bottle is centrally positioned with horizontal ribbing and "LOUISVILLE KY" embossed in its lower section, while the smaller bottle is situated to the upper right corner, slightly tilted, with vertical ribbing.
