This is a painting of a traditional garment. The artwork depicts an elegant, richly textured cloak hanging on an invisible hanger. The cloak features an intricate design with a deep green upper section adorned with gold and blue stripes and patterns. The majority of the garment is a deep brown. There are fringes along the transition between the green and brown sections, suggesting skilled craftsmanship. A subtle pattern decorates the inner edge peeking from the bottom folds. To the right, there is an oval insignia sketch featuring a feather enclosed by a circle.
