The image features two intricate spoons, one above the other in the center. Both spoons have ornate detailing on their handles and bowls, with the upper spoon having a more elaborate pattern. The color palette consists of grey and white tones on slightly yellowed paper. The spoons are horizontally aligned towards the upper center, with a simpler elevation drawing of one spoon in the bottom left corner. Handwritten annotations are visible in the bottom right corner.
