The image shows five puppet heads displayed horizontally. Each puppet head has distinct features: one with light blonde hair and pink cheeks, another with white voluminous hair and a multicolored scarf, a third with dark hair and large eyes, a fourth wearing a white judge's wig and a large red nose, and the fifth with spiked light brown hair, a wide smile, and a red scarf. The background is plain beige, and the artist's signature, "Frank H. Dar," is visible at the bottom right corner.
