The image shows a large, detailed drawing of a pair of tongs filling most of the page. The tongs have a round gripping end and extend towards hooked handles. In the bottom right corner, there is a circular emblem with a shield displaying vertical stripes and a wreath. The drawing is primarily in grayscale, created with pencil or graphite on paper. In the top left corner, there is a smaller, simpler depiction of the tongs. The tongs are diagonally oriented from the bottom left to the top right of the page.
