The sculpture depicts a rooster with a comb on its head, a beak, and textured feathers across its body. The reticulated tail feathers are fanned out behind it. It is in a monochromatic tone of gray and stands on a horizontal bar supported by two legs. The rooster's stance is upright with a slight forward lean, and its beak is raised. The design captures the natural texture and patterns of feathers.
