This is a painting of a toy horse and cart with figures. The image shows a wooden toy horse hitched to a cart with large red and yellow wheels. There is a figure seated at the front of the cart dressed in a blue jacket and white hat, seemingly guiding the horse. In front of the horse, a smaller figure stands beside lush green vegetation, appearing to wave at the cart. The figures and the horse are stylized with exaggerated features, rendered in bright colors.
