This is a painting of a decorated wooden chest. The chest is adorned with vibrant, symmetrical floral and geometric patterns in red, blue, yellow, and green colors. The two large panels on the front feature stylized flowers set against a yellow background framed by red, arched decorations. Below these panels is a floral motif consisting of smaller circular decorations. The text "David hennie bonnafass 1786" is inscribed within an oval cartouche on the front panel. Decorative, painted columns flank the floral designs.
