The image shows a group of six children arranged in a circle. The central figure, with curly hair tied up, is sitting cross-legged with her back towards the viewer. She is raising her hands as if presenting a mask to a child seated in front of her. Another child is behind, with hands on the shoulder of the seated child. On the right side, two children are seated, one wearing a hat. A small child is resting on the lap of the child with the hat. The setting appears to be an interior space with brick walls, and greenery is draped across a shelf in the background above a pot. The scene is enclosed in an ornate circular frame with a floral motif.
