The sculpture depicts a leaping deer, captured in mid-air with its front legs stretched forward and back legs extended behind, crafted from a material that resembles metal or stone in a grayish tone. The texture of the sculpture suggests the musculature and fur of the deer. It is mounted on a horizontal base. The background is plain, with a label above the sculpture inscribed with the name "SALVATORE BORRAZZO".
