There is a woman holding a child, a man kneeling and offering an object, another man standing with a goblet, and a third man presenting a vessel. The expressions on their faces are different. Other figures, including one on horseback and another holding a standard, are also present. A large star shines overhead, with architectural elements and animals in the background. A small dog is walking in the bottom right corner. The scene is detailed with various textures and patterns.
