This is a painting of a white heron. The bird is depicted with its long neck arched downward and its eyes focused. Its feathers are detailed in shades of white and grey. The heron's beak is yellow. The background shows lush green reeds and grass, mounds, rocks, and a small creature resembling a crab on the ground. The sky is a soft blue.
