This is a drawing of a street scene in front of a grand building. The artwork depicts an elaborately detailed facade of a two-story building with a porch or balcony running along its length. The lower floor features multiple, paned windows, adorned with a repeating arch pattern beneath a railing on the upper balcony. A large tree stands to the side, with its branches casting intricate shadows over the structure and ground. In the foreground, there is a cart or wagon, detailed with large wheels and a decorative panel.
