The image shows two men from the waist up engaging in a handshake. The man on the left has a tall, black top hat and is dressed in a dark coat, a vest, and trousers. The man on the right also wears a tall, black top hat and a similar dark coat. Both men have distinct facial features. The background is plain with handwritten text above and below the image, along with rough sketches and annotations.
