The sketch depicts three individuals with their full bodies visible. Two of the characters are prominently positioned at the foreground, engaged in a scene. The person on the left is a woman wearing a fitted dress with puffed sleeves and a hat adorned with a feather. The man on the right is holding her hand and dressed in formal attire with a ruffled shirt. The woman's face is drawn with exaggerated features, and her hair is styled neatly under her hat. The man has a balding head and exaggerated facial features as well. Behind them, another man is drawn faintly wearing a suit. The background consists of simple vertical lines.
