The image shows a snowy city street scene. The horizon is obscured by a snowstorm, with heavy snowfall and an overcast sky. Deep snow covers the ground, marked by tracks of horse-drawn carriages. Buildings line both sides of the street, softened by falling snow. The color palette is mainly gray due to the snow and sky. Figures can be seen down the street, shoveling snow and walking.
