He wears detailed clothing with a ruffled shirt, an ornate jacket, and multiple accessories. In one hand, he holds a scepter, and in the other hand, he holds a scroll. He wears a chain around his neck and rings on his fingers. The background features coat of arms with crowns and weapons, along with lettering above the man's head and along the bottom. The entire scene is engraved with fine lines and shading.
