The image is captured from an eye-level point of view. The horizon is not visible. Two wooden buildings dominate the scene, with one standing prominently in the center and another partially visible to the left. A smaller structure, covered in snow, is tilted in front of the central building. The overall composition is characterized by a grayscale palette. The photo may be taken during winter when the ground is lightly layered with snow. The subtle variations of gray enhance the contrast between the snow, the dark wood of the buildings, and the overcast sky. The image is sharply detailed, allowing the texture of the wood and the smoothness of the snow to be clearly discerned.

The image shows a man leaning his head on his hand, positioned with his face resting on his left hand. He has a mustache, thin-framed eyeglasses, and thick, greying hair that curls slightly at the edges. He is dressed in a formal jacket, a white shirt, and a black bow tie. The background is a soft, dark blur.
