Scholarly Remarks and Key Set Data

Remarks

Ethel Tyrrell was the daughter of Stieglitz’s friend Henry Tyrrell who wrote for The New York World.

Although this photograph and Key Set numbers 1146, 1147, 1148, and 1149 are variously inscribed 1925 and 1926, Stieglitz’s correspondence indicates Ethel Tyrrell was at Lake George only in 1926.
