This is a drawing of a decorative plaque. It features a central inscription enclosed within an ornate frame. On top of the frame, there is a figure with a hooded appearance gazing downward. Flaming torches are on each side of the frame. Below the inscription, a bundle of tools is tied together with cord, resting on a platform. The edges of the plaque are adorned with decorative scrolls, foliage, and classical pillars. The text reads "LES PENITENTS ET PENITENTES PAR IACQUES CALLOT." Fine hatching and crosshatching details are used throughout the artwork.
