The image features three individuals shown from mid-thigh to the head. In the center, a man is hanging on a wooden crucifix with long brown hair and a beard. He wears a crown of green foliage and a cloth around his waist. Flanking him are two figures. On the left, a woman stands with hands clasped in prayer, wearing a pink robe, blue mantle, and a veil. She has a halo. On the right, a man in a green robe and red cloak stands with a halo, looking towards the center figure. The background is blue with plants, and a decorative frame surrounds the scene with floral patterns. Below is text with decorative scrollwork.
