The image shows a landscape with a stone-built structure surrounded by bushes and trees. The horizon is low, hidden by foliage and rugged terrain. The technique features tight crosshatching for texture, light and shadow contrast. The color palette is monochromatic in sepia and black. Detailed vegetation and a partially visible footpath are depicted in the foreground. The scene has a dense, atmospheric ambiance.
