The image is a detailed portrait of a man's head and shoulders. He is positioned facing slightly to the left but looking towards the viewer. His facial features include prominent cheekbones and a bushy mustache and beard, with the hair on his head partially covered by a cap. His hair is medium in length and seems to be wavy or curly. The man wears a cloak or robe with intricate patterns, and underneath is a garment with finely gathered fabric at the neck. Around his neck is an ornate necklace. The background consists of fine lines creating a textured effect. At the bottom, there are inscriptions in Latin.
