An engraved portrait features a figure in a forward-facing seated position. The person wears a cap with a star-like emblem, and has a long face with high cheekbones, deep-set eyes, and a long nose. Their medium-length wavy hair is light-colored. The ornate clothing includes a fur collar over an embroidered garment, with a chain of office around the neck. The individual holds a scepter in their left hand and an orb in the right. The background shows intricate engravings of patterns, crowns, and heraldic symbols within an oval frame. Inscriptions in Latin surround the oval, with a historical description in English at the bottom.
