The image is a detailed portrait showing the head and upper torso of a bearded man. The man is facing forward with a direct gaze towards the viewer. He has short, wavy hair and a well-groomed beard and mustache. He wears a garment with a high, elaborate lace collar. Surrounding the portrait is an ornate oval frame with an inscription "Henricus Slationis Bleywickensis." In the background, there is an intricate design with two griffin-like creatures holding a banner, and an open book with the words "Liber Seditiosus" visible at the bottom of the frame. Text in decorative script appears beneath the frame.
