Another man stands behind the kneeling man, holding a bottle-shaped object. A fourth figure is on the right side, wearing a red garment and holding a circular object. An angel flies above the scene in the sky. The background shows a simple architectural structure or wooden stable. The scene is enclosed within an ornate border design.
