The image shows a bust portrait of a man facing slightly to his right. He has short hair with a receding hairline, a beard, and a mustache. He is wearing an ornate garment with a ruffled ruff around his neck, fur trim on the collar and shoulders, and a textured pattern on the sleeves. The man is set within an oval frame with the text "FRANCIS MUNSINGHA". The background outside the oval consists of fine, parallel lines. The portrait is on a plain page with slightly torn and worn edges, giving it an antique appearance.
