This is a drawing of a decorative text page. The page features intricate and detailed artwork surrounding and incorporating text sections. It includes symmetrical columns of ornate scrollwork and classical motifs on both sides, containing panels with carved figures and faces. Above the central text is a detailed vignette showing a scene of individuals gathered around a seated figure in a semi-lit environment. Additional smaller illustrations, including archers with bows aiming outward, decorate the top area of the design. The use of Latin text and elaborate framing suggests a work intended to convey authority and knowledge. At the bottom is the year "M. D. XXXII," indicating 1532 in Roman numerals.
