Artist, French, 1780 - 1867

The image shows a drawing of four men seated on ornate chairs. The two men on the outer edges have one leg crossed over the other, while the two in the middle sit facing slightly towards each other. The central figure points with his right hand towards the person on his left. Their facial features include groomed beards and mustaches, and each man wears headwear ranging from crowns to hats with feathers. They wear period-style clothing with robes, tunics, fur elements, and elaborate patterns. Some men wear rings and necklaces. The setting is a luxurious interior with a detailed tapestry backdrop featuring a double-headed eagle emblem above the central figure and Latin text "Plus Ultra" etched into the fabric. The area is draped with curtains, decorated with heraldic shields, and the flooring displays intricate patterns.
