This is an image of an interior view through a window. The image shows a view from inside a darkened room looking out through a window, where a tree trunk with branches and leaves is visible. The window is divided into a grid by wooden mullions, creating smaller panes through which the scene outside is observed. The surrounding darkness of the room contrasts with the lighter outdoor scene framed by the window. The simplicity and composition suggest a play of light and shadow.
