He is wearing a richly detailed garment with a large lace collar and a patterned fabric. Additionally, a broad sash is draped diagonally across his shoulders. Around the portrait is an oval frame with inscriptions in Latin text. The background is textured with fine lines. Beneath the portrait, there is an ornate text description and a table listing regiments and their officers.
