Artist, Bohemian, 1607 - 1677

An engraving of a full-body representation of a seated man inside a large architectural niche. The man is sitting with his body slightly turned to the right, resting his right elbow on the armrest and his left hand raised to his chin. He has detailed facial features, wears a broad-brimmed hat, and elaborate clothing typical of the late Renaissance period. The background shows a stone archway with classical details, and text inscribed beneath the niche in Latin.
