The image depicts the upper body of an individual within an oval frame. The person has a long oval face, prominent eyes, long curly hair falling to the shoulders, a cap or headpiece, draped clothing with fine fabric folds, and a pleated collar. There are no visible accessories or objects. The background is textured and dark, contrasting with the lighter figure. Text and a coat of arms, and labels "Bible" and "To Prayer Book," are at the bottom of the image.
