The image includes four figures. In the center, a man with long hair is hanging on a wooden cross, arms outstretched. He has a beard, closed eyes, and wears a crown of thorns, with minimal clothing. To his left, a woman with long hair is kneeling and covering her face. To his right, two figures stand close together - a man with shoulder-length hair and soft facial features, draped in a long garment, and a woman with bowed head wearing flowing garments and a head covering with a halo-like circle. The background shows hills, silhouetted figures, dramatic clouds, a skull and bones on the ground, and a sign reading "INRI" on top of the cross.
