The engraving depicts the upper body of a regal figure in profile facing left. The figure has a prominent nose and chin, adorned with an elaborate headdress that includes pearls and possibly a veil. The clothing is decorated with floral patterns and there is a visible brooch. The portrait is encased in an oval frame with inscriptions. In the background, there are ornate elements with a ram's head at the top, floral motifs, and mythical creatures at the lower corners.
