The image shows a low-angle view of a shadowy waterfront scene. The Statue of Liberty is on the right, silhouetted against textured clouds in the swirling sky. The horizon is low, with a distant skyline and skyscrapers. The urban silhouette stretches across the distance. The technique used appears to be soft brushstrokes or etching, creating a moody and ethereal atmosphere. The color palette is monochromatic with deep blacks and soft grays. Closest to us, there are churning waters in the harbor.
