This is an engraving portraying a man within an oval medallion in an ornate frame. The man has a pointed mustache, a styled beard, wavy hair, and is dressed in traditional clothing reminiscent of the 17th century with a high lace collar. The frame is decorated with flags, banners, regal symbols, shields, and other ornamental details. The background features classical architecture with columns and geometric lines. Large 'I' and 'R' letters frame the top of the image. The design suggests a celebration of royalty or nobility.
