The image shows a landscape viewed from the water. A small rowing boat with three figures is in the foreground. Rolling hills with dense clusters of trees make up the horizon. The artwork features delicate and intricate brushstrokes, mainly using fine lines for texture and shading, typical of etchings. The color palette is monochromatic, using sepia tones for an antique look. There's a rectangular frame within the composition.
