The image depicts a bust-length portrait of an elderly man. He is positioned at a three-quarter angle, looking to the right. The man has a pronounced nose, a strong jawline, and deeply set eyes. His hair is short, slightly wavy, and shows signs of aging. He is dressed in a buttoned vest and a draped garment or coat that falls over his shoulders. There are no visible jewelry or objects in his hands. The background is plain.
