Three figures are depicted, a man and a woman sitting with a child. The man is standing behind a wooden surface. His facial features show wide-open eyes and a slightly agape mouth. His curly hair is slightly disheveled. He is wearing a traditional judicial robe with a cravat and there is a top hat on the table. The woman is wearing a dark cloak that covers her head. The child is crouched next to her in a dark garment. The background is plain.
