The image depicts two men engaged in conversation. The man on the left is slightly hunched as he leans forward. He has a prominent nose, short hair, and wears a formal suit with a top hat in his left hand. The man on the right stands upright, facing the other man and appears to be speaking. He has a large nose, his hair is partially covered by a barrister's cap, and he is dressed in a lawyer's robe with a white neckband. He holds several documents in his left arm. The setting appears to be indoors with simple, softly shaded walls in the background.
