The image depicts a large tree slanting diagonally across the composition. The horizon is obscured by the tree trunk and foliage. The etching shows a dense, textured appearance for the tree bark and leaves, contrasting with sparse marks in the landscape. The color palette is monochromatic, with shades of black and gray on a light background. Some subtle markings suggest foliage in the distance.
