The image shows a view through a detailed metal railing towards a water body leading to a distant horizon. The horizon features a classical architectural structure with a bell tower and a large dome. The artwork uses sketch-like brushstrokes with cross-hatching for texture. The color palette is monochromatic, using shades of a single hue. The detailed foreground and background architecture create depth and perspective.
