This is a drawing of two cherubs holding up a crest-like emblem with a face at the center. The central focus of the image is the crest-like emblem held by the cherubs, which features a stylized face. The face appears to be a grotesque mask or a Green Man motif, with foliage extending from its mouth and wild, flowing hair. The cherubs are depicted in a classical style, with detailed rendering of their wings and youthful features. They are positioned symmetrically on either side of the emblem. The background features intricate scrollwork and leafy motifs. This work consists of fine lines and shading, indicative of a detailed etching or engraving style.
