The image shows a man standing in a regal and confident position. He is facing slightly to the left, with his right hand holding a scepter and his left hand resting on a table adorned with a crown. The man has a well-coiffed hairstyle with curls, and his facial expression is composed. He is dressed in a royal blue velvet robe adorned with golden fleur-de-lis patterns and ermine trim, over a white lace shirt and pale blue tights. His attire is complemented with a decorative neckpiece and he is standing on a patterned carpet. The room around him is luxurious, with rich red drapery and ornate paneling in the background. A blue velvet-covered chair and a column with tassels hanging from the fabric above are also visible.
