The artwork depicts three human figures shown in full, with their entire bodies visible. The two figures on the left, both male, are positioned with one facing left, raising his arm over his head, and the other facing slightly right, holding an apple in his hand. The male figures' hair is short and combed back, with distinct muscular features evident in their bodies. The figure on the right, a female, stands facing inward away from the males, with long, flowing hair cascading down her back. All three individuals appear nude. Surrounding them are stylized clouds. In the lower foreground, a cherubic face emerges from the clouds. The background consists primarily of swirling clouds.
