The image is a black and white illustration showing three individuals in a domestic setting. The first person is fully shown on the left side of the image, appearing to burst through a door while bending forward with raised hands. They are dressed in a suit with a tall hat. The second person stands behind a table covered with a cloth and various dishes, including a loaf of bread. This person appears startled with hands raised in surprise and is wearing a long-sleeved dress. The third person is seated at the table, visible in profile from the right side of the image, wearing a robe or nightshirt. Their hair is dark and sleeked back, and they seem to be turning towards the commotion. Beside the chair, there is a small spill of liquid or debris on the floor. The room has plain walls with a decorative wall mount and appears to be simply furnished.
