The woman is holding a spoon and a book labeled "France" while inspecting a dish labeled "Loi Electorale" presented to her by the men. The men are caricatured with exaggerated facial features. The illustration suggests a political commentary on electoral law represented as a culinary dish. The drawing style is detailed with cross-hatching techniques.
